Download Policy

Please note that once you access or download any digital product or digital planner that you purchase, you no longer have the right to cancel your purchase of digital product and/or planner. The credit and/or debit card, or payment method you use to make your digital product/planner download purchase will be charged the full amount at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy

At Creative Concepts, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. We will do our best to address your concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution. Please note that planners, calendars and digital products are not eligible for refunds, due to their digital nature. Although, all digital products and digital planners that are downloaded are non-refundable, we will be more than happy to provide a corrective service free of charge if issues are reported to us within 24-48 hours of digital product/digital planner download purchase. Expect to receive the correction within 14 days after your issue was reported to us within the 24–48 hour purchase timeframe. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
